Hi Friends! I’m Mary!
Hi, I'm Mary — a photographer with a deep love for storytelling, connection, and the magic in everyday moments.
I believe in romanticizing life. When we slow down and notice the small, beautiful details — a look, a laugh, a golden beam of light — we start to see how magical life truly is. Whether it's a once-in-a-lifetime celebration or an ordinary day filled with quiet joy, I’m here to help you capture and remember it.
I was born and raised here in the Pacific Northwest, and I’ll always be in awe of Oregon’s coastlines, forests, mountains, and valleys. Nature is my first love — but I also love to travel, and I’d be thrilled to tag along wherever your story takes you.
A little more about me: I studied Studio Art and Arabic at the University of Oregon, graduating in 2020 (shoutout to my fellow pandemic grads!). I got my first DSLR back in 2010, and what started as a hobby has grown into a lifelong passion. I'm so grateful I get to do this work — and I can’t wait to see where the journey leads next.
I’d be honored to get to know you, hear your story, and help you romanticize the moments you treasure most — big or small.
Let’s make some magic together.
Everyone is welcome here 🌈
A little back story, I grew up extremely conservative evangelical christian. I deconstructed my faith in 2020, better late than never. I’m in a constant state of un-learning and re-learning, especially when it comes to vocab, but I know without doubt that love is love. Your love is beautiful friend, your love deserves to be documented. <3
Approaching life with curiosity
Okay, so not every problem has a solution. But let’s be curious. Let’s ask questions and try to understand and hear each other on a deeper level.
Self acceptance and self love
This goes hand in hand with mental health for me. I’m always down to chat about both. My own self acceptance journey has been a long one and tbh one I’m working on daily. But I whole heartedly believe, you can “reprogram” your brain into believing that you are an absolute BADDIE. (Which you are!!!)
Nurturance
I’ll be your trip mom. I’ll be the one to have band-aids, ibuprofen, liquid iv, a phone charger and of course snacks on me at all times. But seriously, nothing makes me happier than taking care of people, even if it’s just cooking a favorite meal.
Creativity
This one is probably obvious. That’s okay. It’s just that nothing hits quite the same as getting to create for and with my amazing clients. Getting to create an unforgettable experience as well as images that feel exactly like you, that’s what makes me tick.
